A sprawling 55‑acre office campus that once buzzed as Lumen Technologies’ local headquarters has quietly changed hands in Broomfield, a rare big-ticket sale in a sluggish suburban office market. The property at 1025 Eldorado Blvd., totaling nearly 792,000 square feet and largely emptied as Lumen reshaped its footprint, has been sold, although neither the buyer nor the sale price has been made public.
According to the Denver Business Journal, the complex comprises roughly 791,701 square feet across four interconnected office buildings and two parking garages. The outlet reported that Lumen had already stopped using the Broomfield buildings before the transaction and that the deal was announced in mid April, but the purchaser and sales figure were not disclosed.

Marketing materials at the time pitched the campus as four Class A office buildings with a data center component, according to DataCenter Dynamics. Reporting also highlighted roughly 9.5 acres of undeveloped land and flexibility for a buyer to hold, lease, or pursue redevelopment, according to BusinessDen.

CoStar’s first quarter data shows Broomfield County vacancy in the low to mid 20 percent range, underscoring how a nearly 800,000 square foot block of space can be tough to lease up quickly…
