Driver unharmed after train crashes into pickup

ADAMS COUNTY, Colo. (KKTV) – A 32-year-old man escaped unscathed after his pickup was hit by a train Friday night.

The crash was reported at East 64th Avenue and Downing Street just north of Denver proper. Colorado State Patrol shared photos of the badly mangled Chevy — which it said the driver walked away from.

“The white Chevrolet Silverado was heavily damaged as a result of the incident. However, the driver, a 32-year-old male from Denver, Colorado, was not injured,” State Patrol said in a short news release on the incident…
