Morning sunshine leads to more clouds in the afternoon as winds stay light. Highs on Saturday afternoon will be warm as Denver tops out in the lower 80s.

There will be some spotty storms in the afternoon, some of which could be strong.
There is an enhanced risk for severe weather in the northeastern corner of Colorado.
Weather tonight: A few clouds
Extra clouds linger Saturday night, but there will be some clearing. Overnight lows end up in the upper 40s with a light wind.
Looking ahead: Better rain chances
Sunday temperatures will be closer to seasonal averages in the low 70s with extra clouds. There could be some scattered storms through Sunday afternoon.
Monday continues with more shower and storm chances with cooler highs in the lower 50s. It will be mainly cloudy Monday afternoon with even a few possible snowflakes later along the Palmer Divide and in the mountains.
Tuesday will have some lingering showers with cloudy skies and chilly highs in the middle 50s.
Wednesday brings back more sunshine in the forecast, but spotty storms are still in forecast…
