After heavy rainfall across much of the listening area over the weekend, forecasters say another downpour is possible tonight (Tuesday) into tomorrow (Wednesday) morning.
According to the Des Moines National Weather Service office, severe weather, most notably the potential for damaging winds and heavy rain, is considered likely for an approximately 100-mile-wide band of the state, stretching from the southwest to the northeast.
