DES MOINES, Iowa — Des Moines Police say they have detained two people in connection with a stolen vehicle linked to a Tuesday shooting incident.
UPDATE: At 5:45 Sgt. Paul Parizek confirmed with WHO 13 News that the stolen vehicle was connected to Tuesday’s shooting incident. Police have since updated their report to say they detained one juvenile and one adult.
