Nationwide Expos, which puts on home and garden shows across the country, has signed a lease for a 5,700-square-foot office in the Insurance Exchange Building as it continues to expand its footprint across the country.
Although it will be the company’s first office in Iowa, the company is familiar with the Des Moines market, having put on shows at the Iowa State Fairgrounds for the past seven years, said Jon Lewis, the company’s CEO.
