Waukee Community School District has been named one of Iowa’s Top Workplaces for 2026 by the Des Moines Register.
Waukee CSD ranked among the top 20 large employers statewide and was the only school district recognized in that category. The award is based entirely on employee feedback gathered through a confidential survey.
“This recognition validates what we already know: Waukee is an excellent place to work, live, and grow,” said Superintendent Dr. Andy Crozier. “Even in my first year as superintendent, I can already see how deeply our staff members care about our students and one another.”
