A redeveloped mixed-use building in Norwalk’s historic Founders District is scheduled to open Nov. 1, featuring three apartments and office space for one of the owners’ existing Edward Jones financial advising business.
According to a news release, The North Avenue Exchange, developed by Nick and Kristi DeJoseph, will bring modern residential living and professional services to the Founders District, one of the city’s most established and walkable areas.
