Another week, another active pattern is setting up across the Plains once again. The severe weather threat returns Thursday and continues through the weekend and into early next week. Thursday’s threat has expanded to include most of Minnesota down to Oklahoma with the best chances in Sioux Falls, Omaha, Des Moines, Kansas City and Wichita.
