PONTIAC, Mich. – A jury unanimously found a 34-year-old Madison Heights man guilty of Felony Murder and First-Degree Child Abuse for the death of a 6-year-old.
According to the Oakland County Prosecutor’s Office, Daniel John Giacchina was found guilty on all counts in the death of Giovanni “Chulo” Jennings.
