WAYNE COUNTY, Mich. – A Livonia man on trial for a New Year’s Day shooting in Garden City that left a father and son in critical condition was found not guilty by a jury.
Brian Jaron Lindsay, 29, was charged with two counts of assault with intent to murder, two counts of assault with intent to do great bodily harm, two counts of assault and six counts of felony firearm.
Police said the shooting happened at a parking lot outside Rockstarz Bar on Jan. 1 at around 4 a.m…
