DETROIT – A social media post showing a black pistol with black hair coming out of its muzzle — allegedly with the words, “Pistol whipping btcs… I got weave stuck in my Gen” — may be connected to the alleged pistol-whipping of a woman in Royal Oak. That’s according to agents with the Federal Bureau of Investigation in Detroit.
Colin Harris was arrested and charged with Felon in possession of a firearm after FBI agents searched his Detroit home and found a loaded, stolen Glock .45-caliber handgun with a round in the chamber, according to a complaint filed Aug. 31.
Woman describes alleged attack
Detroit police said they were called to Corewell William Beaumont University Hospital in Royal Oak Aug. 9 after receiving a report of felonious assault. After speaking with a nurse, who said the victim had been discharged from the hospital around 5 a.m., police then spoke with her on the phone.
