DTE Gas customers will see higher rates beginning Oct. 1 under a $74.52 million increase approved by Michigan regulators.
The Michigan Public Service Commission said the change will add an estimated 3.34%, or $2.87, to the monthly bill of a typical residential customer using about 7,500 cubic feet of natural gas.
