DETROIT, MI – A Detroit nonprofit is launching a weekly downtown program aimed at giving young people a safe place to connect while accessing free resources, food and activities.
The Detroit Phoenix Center, in partnership with the Downtown Detroit Partnership, is hosting “YouthUp Fridays” at Cadillac Square, next to Campus Martius Park.
