CHAPEL HILL, N.C. — Holy Trinity Anglican Church of Chapel Hill is seeking town approval for a new campus along Old Lystra Road that would combine a new place of worship with affordable housing.
The proposal includes a church building and up to 10 homes for people transitioning out of homelessness.
