The man charged with killing two teenagers four years ago will soon return to an Orange County courtroom.
Issiah Ross was found guilty earlier this year of second-degree murder in the death of Devin Clark, but a mistrial was declared in the death of Lyric Woods.
Clark and Woods were both killed back in September of 2022.
Court officials said Ross is due back in court in December…
