A law enforcement operation involving Durham police and the FBI disrupted a Durham apartment complex Wednesday morning, leaving residents shaken after authorities executed a warrant at an apartment on the property.
Authorities arrived at Park Ridge Estates off NC 54 just before 10 a.m. and approached an upper-right apartment. Neighbors said they heard a loud bang, and some reported feeling the entire building shake.
