A Raleigh resident in the Lions Park community said she has shelled out $6,000 on home repairs. Her property has been vandalized numerous times since last June, and she said neighborhood children are to blame.
“It’s pretty serious that we feel totally unsafe and helpless,” she said. “These are kids trying to fight seriously with adults in this community.”
