The nine-member Oklahoma County Criminal Justice Authority has nine members again, another northeast OKC pastor.
District 1 Commissioner Jason Lowe, fresh off his reelection to office, nominated the Rev. Kenneth Morgan, senior pastor of Church of the Living God Ministries, 1445 NE 50. The Board of County Commissioners voted unanimously to appoint him on Wednesday, Aug. 26.
