NEWKIRK — Steven William James, 51, Oklahoma City, appeared before Judge Lee Turner in Kay County District Court and entered guilty pleas to felony counts of of identity theft and or unlawful use of personal identifying information and second degree forgery. He was sentenced to a 20-year deferred prison sentence and ordered to comply with the Oklahoma County Alternative Court.
