ECTOR COUNTY, Texas — An El Paso man is behind bars after deputies were notified that a semi truck driving west on Interstate 20 was reported stolen on Tuesday, and a pursuit then followed.
According to the Ector County Sheriff’s Office Report, a traffic stop was initiated on a driver later identified as Enrique Porras, who was reportedly driving a black 2026 Volvo that was reported stolen.
