EL PASO, Texas (Border Report) — Some students are spending the final days of their high school careers in immigration detention.
Ricardo Hernandez-Navarrete, a senior in Chicago, and Luis Fernando Cabrera Chavarria, a senior in Austin, Texas, were recently detained by immigration agents.

ICE agents arrested Hernandez-Navarrete and his mother during a routine check-in. Cabrera Chavarria was detained while driving home work at a fast-food restaurant on May 1.
