As technology continues to evolve at a rapid pace, one Erie-based company is embracing that change while creating opportunities for local graduates and expanding its influence across the globe.
Inside a bright, modern office in downtown Erie, Federal Resources Corporation (FRC) has experienced significant growth since its founding. What began in 2018 with only a handful of employees has grown into a team of approximately 50 professionals working from the company’s State and 14th Street location.
Leading that growth is CEO Jeremy Young, a Cathedral Prep graduate who launched the company while working in Washington, D.C. Young said FRC was founded as a job creation initiative, with the goal of bringing high-tech career opportunities to the Erie region.
Today, the company specializes in cybersecurity, artificial intelligence and applied data solutions, serving clients that include agencies within the U.S. government.
