(WNY News Now) – A 62-year-old Village of Sherman man has been charged with second-degree criminal trespass after a Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Office investigation into a reported past burglary at a condemned residence.

SHERMAN, N.Y. — The Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Office responded to a report of a past burglary in the Village of Sherman at approximately 8:22 a.m. on July 3, 2026.
