OIL CITY, Pa. (EYT) — The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) is accepting applications for seasonal positions in its 2026-27 Winter Maintenance Program across northwestern Pennsylvania.
PennDOT District 1, which serves Crawford, Erie, Forest, Mercer, Venango and Warren counties, is hiring for a variety of positions that will run from September through April.
Available positions include:
- Winter CDL Equipment Operators
- Winter Dispatchers
- Winter Mechanics
- Winter Tradesman Helpers/Semi-Skilled Laborers
