A heavy police presence was reported earlier today on Erie’s east side as a SWAT team moved in on a home along the 1400 block of East 8th Street.
A nearby resident, who asked to remain anonymous, told us the home involved is a rental property and has been the source of ongoing issues in an otherwise quiet neighborhood.
The resident says officers have been called to that address multiple times, and the individual believed to be connected to the home has caused repeated disturbances…
