In the beginning of May the Bicentennial Tower shut off its lights to aid birds as they migrate along the shoreline. Once again, the Bicentennial Tower will have the lights off on May 12, as another peak bird migration comes through.
On May 3 the Bicentennial Tower lights will be shut off to reduce harsh lighting during a time of peak bird migration.
