Jet Skis, anglers, rowing crews: Concerns about competing uses of Dexter Lake

Every Saturday at 7:30 a.m., the Oregon Association of Rowers masters team sets its rowing shells into the water at Dexter Lake.

Members of the team range in age from 40 to 75. In singles, doubles, quads and octuples, they glide along the water.
