SWEET HOME, Ore. — A Sweet Home man was arrested after a foot pursuit and a search that investigators say turned up stolen guns, suspected fentanyl and suspected LSD.
Linn County Sheriff Michelle Duncan said deputies arrested David Fox, 57, of Sweet Home after 9 p.m. Wednesday night, June 17, near the 25000 block of Brush Creek Road, south of Sweet Home. Duncan said the arrest followed a foot pursuit that ended with Linn County Sheriff’s Office K9 Juice apprehending Fox.
Deputies received information from an anonymous source about Fox’s location prior to 9 p.m. and set up surveillance in the area, according to the sheriff’s office. Duncan said Fox was known to deputies, and deputies confirmed he had warrants related to a parole violation…
