EUGENE, Ore. — Average gasoline prices in Eugene have fallen 25.7 cents per gallon in the last week, averaging $4.65/g Monday, according to GasBuddy’s survey of 78 stations in Eugene. Prices in Eugene are 57.3 cents per gallon lower than a month ago and stand 66.2 cents per gallon higher than a year ago. The national average price of diesel has decreased 19.2 cents compared to a week ago and stands at $4.990 per gallon.
According to GasBuddy price reports, the cheapest station in Eugene was priced at $4.29/g Sunday while the most expensive was $5.19/g, a difference of 90.0 cents per gallon. The lowest price in the state Sunday was $3.93/g while the highest was $5.99/g, a difference of $2.06/g.
The national average price of gasoline has fallen 14.1 cents per gallon in the last week, averaging $3.85/g Monday. The national average is down 67.2 cents per gallon from a month ago and stands 67.3 cents per gallon higher than a year ago, according to GasBuddy data compiled from more than 11 million weekly price reports covering over 150,000 gas stations across the country…
