EUGENE, Ore. – Eugene Police Chief Chris Skinner addressed the cancellation of the Eugene Pride Festival’s march and rally during a press conference on Tuesday.
Organizers canceled the march and rally over the weekend after activists refused to file a permit with the Eugene Police Department. The main Pride Festival will still take place at the Lane Events Center.
