EUGENE, Ore. – A woman was arrested after police say she walked into a couple’s home without permission on Sunday, according to the Eugene Police Department.
EPD officials said they responded on Aug. 2 to the 800 block of West 18th Avenue for a report of a possible burglary. Officers found 38-year-old Hayley Beyerlin inside the residence. The couple told officers Beyerlin had entered their home without their permission or knowledge. They said nothing was taken.
When the residents discovered Beyerlin in their home, she walked out and tried to leave the area. The residents stopped her until officers arrived. Beyerlin told officers she had entered the home to use the bathroom. She said she did not know the residents…
