EUGENE, Ore. — The Lane County Sheriff’s Office has identified the body found stuck in a storm drain in Eugene Thursday.
Around 5:50 a.m. on Thursday, August 6, deputies and fire personnel responded to what was reported as a person stuck in a storm drain. The caller advised this was near the intersection of Lantana and Dahlia Avenues, in north Eugene.
