Eugene man stalked woman, crashed into her car, showed up in wig & mask at her workplace

EUGENE, Ore. — A man was arrested with the help of the SWAT team Monday afternoon, following a weeks-long stalking investigation, the Eugene Police Department said.

Earlier this month, the victim in the case was granted a stalking protection order after the suspect, Clinton Louis Stockbarger, 49, intentionally crashed into the victim’s vehicle and later, a GPS tracking device was found on her car, police said.
