HENDERSON, Ky. (WEHT) — A woman is facing felony charges after a welfare check by deputies.
Police say Chainy Lynn Watson, 45, has been arrested for child neglect. Watson was arrested after investigators say she failed to comply with recommendations from DCS and doctors.
