HENDERSON, Ky. (WEHT) — The Evansville Museum of Arts, History & Science is inviting an expert on the Indianapolis 500 to speak on this iconic race as a park of America’s 250th birthday.
250 Speaker Series: The Indianapolis 500 – An American Icon will take place at 6 p.m. on June 17. The museum says it is inviting Jason Vansickle, Vice President of Curation and Education at the Indianapolis Motor Speedway Museum, to speak on the race and how it became an iconic symbol of American culture.
