GIBSON COUNTY, Ind. (WEVV) — An 18-year-old Owensville man was arrested following an investigation into a reported disturbance in rural Gibson County on June 9.
According to the Gibson County Sheriff’s Office, deputies were dispatched at approximately 11:55 a.m. to the 9000 block of South County Road 1075 West after receiving a report of a disturbance.
The sheriff’s office said a detective arrived at the scene and reported seeing signs indicating that a disturbance had recently taken place. He then interviewed the victim and several witnesses as part of the investigation.
Authorities said the suspect, identified as 18-year-old Tristan Mobley of rural Owensville, later returned to the scene. After conducting an interview with Mobley, Sgt. Ballard took him into custody and transported him to the Gibson County Detention Center…
