HENDERSON, Ky. (WEHT) — Vanderburgh County Sheriff Noah Robinson is sporting a new look for a good cause.
Robinson got a new haircut after taking part in the annual Black Barbershop Health Initiative. Officials say the event helps connect residents with free health screenings, including blood pressure checks, blood glucose screenings, body mass index assessments and education to help individuals better understand and manage their health.
“Events like this play an important role in promoting wellness, encouraging healthy lifestyles and helping address health disparities within our community,” says the sheriff’s office.
