WAVERLY, Ky. (WEVV) — A homicide investigation is underway after a shooting early Sunday morning in Henderson County left one man dead and another injured.
According to the Henderson County Sheriff’s Office, deputies responded at approximately 12:00 a.m. on June 14, to the 13000 block of Ranch Road in Waverly to investigate a reported shooting.
When deputies arrived, they said they discovered two men suffering from gunshot wounds. A 35-year-old Henderson County man was pronounced dead at the scene. A 40-year-old Henderson County man was transported to a hospital for treatment of his injuries…
