Indiana prison officials moved an Evansville man convicted in a fatal carjacking to a more restrictive housing unit.
State records show Mateo Rodriguez was transferred from the general population at Wabash Valley Correctional Facility in Carlisle to the prison’s Long Term Segregation Unit, where inmates spend up to 24 hours a day separated from others.
