EVANSVILLE, Ind. (WFIE) – Court records show that a woman charged in an animal cruelty case is set to change her plea.
As we’ve previously reported, 61-year-old Kimberly Burko, along with Shanya Burko, was charged with animal cruelty after several animals were removed from the home due to unsanitary living conditions.
