EVANSVILLE, Ind. (WFIE) -Scattered showers and storms kicked off Wednesday, and more will likely fire through the evening. The weather pattern will become more active as we finish out the work week and head into the weekend. First Alert Weather Days are now in place for Thursday, Friday and Saturday for a few severe storms with damaging winds and possible flooding across the Tri-State. 2-3″ of rainfall is possible between Thursday evening and Saturday night. The Storm Prediction Center has a level 2 of 5 risk for severe storms Thursday. Damaging winds will be the main severe hazard.
