HENDERSON, Ky. (WEHT) — One of two men accused of battery stemming from an incident at an Evansville bar has appeared in court.
Former Chasers Bouncer Sean Shell is facing aggravated battery charges. It’s in connection to a viral video showing what appeared to be a man being beaten, kicked and dragged from the bar.

According to court documents, Shell was ordered to not contact the victim or to return to the bar. No word yet on the status of his hearing from Wednesday morning.
