EVANSVILLE, Ind. (WEHT) — An Evansville man has been charged with criminal gang intimidation.
An affidavit says on Tuesday, officers were called to Kentucky Avenue after a woman reported her car had been shot at. The victim told officers a black passenger car was followed her, then a skinny black male leaned out of the back passenger window and fired a gun at her car.
Officers say after speaking with the victim, they were able to identify the suspect as Vandan Chinn. The same day of the shooting, Chinn was live on Facebook rapping and holding a gun. Officers go on to say Chinn has been affiliated with gang activity for some time…
