POSEY CO., Ind. (WFIE) – Posey County Prosecutor’s Office officials say an Evansville man has been arrested and charged with multiple felony offenses following an undercover investigation into the distribution of methamphetamine in Posey County.
According to a press release, 51-year-old Jason Johnston faces an aggregate sentencing range of 10 to 30 years in prison, along with a fine of up to $10,000, under Indiana law.
Court records show that law enforcement officers with the Posey County Drug Task Force, Evansville-Vanderburgh County Drug Task Force and the DEA conducted an undercover investigation that resulted in multiple purchases of methamphetamine from Johnston at his Posey County residence…
