EVANSVILLE, Ind. (WFIE) – A man was arrested Sunday morning after Evansville police officers said they found him in possession of nearly 25 grams of synthetic marijuana packaged in multiple individual bags.
Craig Major, 46, is facing charges of dealing a Schedule I controlled substance, a Level 3 felony, and possession of paraphernalia.
According to an EPD report, an officer was patrolling near First Avenue when he spotted Major and a woman standing near some trash cans in an alley on Sunday morning. The officer noted that Major was cleaning his fingernails with a knife, and the woman was carrying a bag.
