EVANSVILLE, Ind. (WFIE) – An initial hearing is set for Monday, April 6 for a woman accused of stealing electricity from a neighbor.
Police say 50-year-old Tina Milburn was using an extension cord and had it plugged into her neighbor’s home last month so she could power a light.
