EVANSVILLE, Ind. (WEVV) — Drivers in Evansville will soon see a major roadway partially reopen as a long-term infrastructure project continues to move forward.
City officials say West Franklin Street, between Marine Avenue and Lemcke Avenue, is expected to reopen to traffic as soon as today.
