HENDERSON, Ky. (WEHT) — Two people have been arrested on neglect charges.
According to an affidavit, EPD received a welfare check request on Sunday for an adult, nonverbal dependent. Police said the dependent was being taken care of by his brother, Micheal Tinsley, and his wife, Tamara Eaton.
When police arrived, they were denied entry to the home but noticed that the dependent was covered in a blanket on a couch. Police say Eaton wouldn’t allow police in for a welfare check due to Adult Protective services visiting the home four times over the last month.
