EVANSVILLE, Ind. (WEVV) —CenterPoint Energy is expanding its customer service efforts in southwestern Indiana with the launch of a new in-person payment and support option in Downtown Evansville.
The company announced the start of its new “Customer Connect” pilot program, which will allow customers to walk into the CenterPoint Energy Plaza each Wednesday to make payments and speak directly with customer service representatives about their accounts.
The weekly service will take place at CenterPoint Energy Plaza, located at 211 NW Riverside Drive, from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. No appointment is required…
